Good food, Amazing cold salads... I eat kosher and like the food here. The prices are a little expensive considering other like restaurants in the area. This is a solid, clean option for dinner. I think the lunch menu is way too expensive.

Service was okay. The Shnitzel Dinner for $17.99 is not worth it. The chicken breast is very thin and needs more flavor. The color of the fried chicken breast was however very appealing, beautifully golden. Unfortunately, it looked so much better than it tasted. On the restaurant menu (not on the to-go paper menu that I took photos of) showed that the Shnitzel is served with a salad and a choice of fries or rice & beans but the salad is the salad bar and if you want the salad mix of cucumbers and tomatoes that are seen on some yelper photos it's an extra $2. The cucumber and tomato salad was not that great tasting either, so don't bother. My favorite item from the salad bar that I tried was the coleslaw - that was delicious. Adding some salt to the Shnitzel made it taste much better. Will I come again, unlikely.

The food is very good. It definitely has a very distinct Israeli flavor, and that's not just for the food. If you are missing Israel this is the place to go. There are tv's broadcasting Israeli shows and the staff all speak Hebrew. The salmon I ordered was grilled and I wouldn't hesitate to order it again. I got it with a side of salad. And the salad really took me back, because you just can't find salad that is made that way in most places. Israeli salad, so good and refreshing. The only minus is that if you need to charge your phone or any other device there is only one electricity socket available. Overall a great place to go for meat or parve dining. Not expensive or cheap just right there in the middle. If you like Israeli food, you will love this place.

I wasn't blown away and I felt a little out of place here, but the food was good.

It was 3:44 pm. They close at 4:00pm on Fridays. I walk through the doors, the guy uses his hand signals like cutting his throat and says "closed, we are closed." And I WAS one of their regulars. Time to find a new place.

Alright food, crappy service with attitude. The place does not put the customer first; food is ok but not earth shattering. Only reason I would go there again is when Etzel Itzik--an much better Israeli restaurant literally 2 blocks north of this joint--is closed.

If you have not eaten here before and you love Mediterranean food, you are missing out! If I could give this place more than 5 stars for food and affordability, I would. Also, great lunch specials.

*** Delicious and very affordable Mediterranean/Kosher food! *** I'm sure that, like me, you must have passed by a restaurant, checked your Yelp phone app, and if it only has 2 or 3 reviews, (even if of 4 and 5 stars) you think, "Nah. It's probably their best friend and their mother who reviewed." Well, not this place! Located on W Dixie Hwy, about a block away from Miami Gardens Dr., this little gem has plenty of parking upfront. When you first walk in, you notice it's quite casual, but very clean. It's the kind of place that has a menu on the wall behind the counter, so it's definitely very take-out-friendly. On the right side of the counter, you see the salad bar, which has about 4 or 5 selections, including carrots, chickpeas, beets and coleslaw, from which you're allowed to get as much as you like if you order a plate entrée. I wanted to order the Shawarma, but I went in an hour before closing time, so they were out. However, I ordered the Chicken Schnitzel plate, with Israeli salad and rice and (white fava? navy?) beans. The schnitzel is breaded and fried to PERFECTION yet surprisingly not oily, very juicy and just decadent. The rice and beans are VERY tasty -- and please keep in mind I'm Puerto Rican, and my mom makes the best rice and beans ever, so for me to rate someone's beans as delicious, means something! The Israeli salad had chopped cucumbers and tomatoes, and I'm pretty sure it also had watermelon, which was a very refreshing touch and nice contrast. Please check out the photo I uploaded... and don't judge me for eating the whole thing...! I thought it was hilarious that the cook at one point passed by my table, and said: "I had never seen someone eat a Chicken Schnitzel with such happiness in my life." :-D They have WiFi, and also a kids section on the menu. They also have a pretty good selection of burgers. I'm sure they should be tastier than the average burger, too. They have a Lamb Burger I think I'm going to have next time. They also have several Turkish and Israeli selections. You know how with Asian restaurants, you usually think if you see a lot of Asian-descent people eating there, it must be pretty authentic and tasty, right? Well, I saw at least 4 Jewish men wearing yamakas in this place, and several people speaking Greek and Yiddish, and the food did not disappoint! So even if the listing for this restaurant currently has 3 reviews including mine, please do yourself a favor and try it, because you won't regret it. Menu here: pita-hut.com/Menu_-_NMB_…

Probably the most bland shawarma pita I've ever had. Also the most expensive one I've ever had. Service was quick but unfriendly. Restaurant was empty. Will not be going back

It was OK, kind of pricey for a falafel tasting but just as good as anywhere else. They make it cler that nothing there is considered vegetarian, so have to watch out for that. I live behind Pita Plus so I doubt I'll stop by here anymore.

Very Clean and quiet. I ordered the Shawarma plate, perfect size portion, everything was fresh. In particular, I liked the rice & beans and the salad. Hummus and Tahina was the icing on the meal. Def going back.

First time visit. The place is clean. The PITA with shawarma was delicious. I will have to go again to order other items to see if I can upgrade to 5 stars. Definitely a place to go on a regular basis.
